Assessment
Please provide (by e-mail) a table of evidence of non-compliance and compliance, as you would in a live audit to prepare yourself for the audit closing meeting and for writing the audit report.
You may also list evidence of other matters (observations) that may be of concern but which do not amount to non-compliance and any questions that you would like to have asked in order to clarify the relationship between audit evidence and audit criteria.
